About us

Save Our Rural Schools is a campaign run by the Parent Councils of four Highland Secondary Schools.

We represent some of the smallest secondary schools on mainland Britain:

• Farr High School

• Gairloch High School

• Kinlochbervie High School

• Ullapool High School

The campaign is not affiliated with any political party, we have no profit-making motive – we just want to see equity in education across Scotland. We believe our young people should be given the same quality of education as those that go to schools in the rest of the country.

Asking politely has not worked – so now we’re asking everyone to help us shout about this!
